This candidate must be an experienced sales representative in the industry and be able to manage projects from start to finish. The ability to problem solve, plan, and complete each task is what is required to fulfill this role, along with great people skills and a positive attitude.

Package: Basic Salary of R 15 000 – R 25 000 p/month + commission + fuel allowance (based on industry experience)
Requirements:
- Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, ensuring clarity and attention to detail in all interactions.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while maintaining a high level of professionalism and responsibility.
- Proactively assess client needs and business objectives, delivering tailored solutions to exceed expectations.
- Comfortable with various business tools and software, and proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly MS Excel.
- Solid understanding of business and production processes, with a keen analytical approach to problem-solving.
- Strong sense of accountability, ensuring high-quality work and dedication to achieving goals.
- Experience in project management, consistently solving complex issues and improving processes.
- Regularly meet with existing clients to foster relationships, ensuring prompt responses and successful interactions.
- Actively seek out and engage new clients to expand the customer base and increase sales of ERS products and services.
- Willingness to travel as needed, holding a valid driver’s license.
- Attend weekly and monthly meetings with the Sales Manager to discuss progress, review strategies, and align goals.
